Keystone Design Build is proud to partner with Central Minnesota Dermatology on a new ground-up clinic at 1414 Thiesse Drive in Brainerd. As the design-build contractor, Keystone is delivering integrated architectural coordination, preconstruction planning, and construction from concept through completion, a single-team approach that keeps every phase aligned and accountable.

The two-story, 12,750-square-foot facility is organized around the patient experience. A 7,806-square-foot main level is dedicated entirely to patient care, with a layout designed to enhance flow and support smooth day-to-day operations. Beneath it, a 4,944-square-foot lower level is set aside for office space and future tenant expansion, giving the practice nearly 5,000 square feet of room to grow alongside the community.

The design pairs modern architecture with a warm Northwoods look, natural stone accents, timber details, large windows, and a two-story entrance that anchors the building to its Brainerd Lakes setting. Site work was planned with the same care, preserving the natural character of the property while serving patients and staff with roughly 90 parking spaces, professional landscaping, accessible walkways, monument signage, and intentional traffic flow.
