Keystone Design Build is building Core 4, a new three-tenant retail building at 920 Golden Spike Rd NE in Sauk Rapids. The 4,560-square-foot strip center is built from the ground up and split into three tenant spaces.

The first tenant is a nutrition lounge, the second is a cat lounge, and the third is a spa and salon.
